It is a mutually beneficial program launched by our site. Our
partner puts a banner or text link with a special tracking ID on their
website to ours. Then, revenue is generated when someone clicks on the
link.
When a customer joins CasualFriends.com, the tracking ID is associated with
the profile forever. This means that our partner can earn money if the
customer becomes a paying subscriber years later.

Q: What is the requirement to be an affiliate?
| Whoever accepts payment in US dollars and owns a web site, which doesn't contain illegal activities and offensive materials, can join our affiliate program. There is no minimum traffic requirement for your affiliate site, but we reserve the right to terminate affiliate relationship with you if you don't abide our service agreement. |

Q: What is the difference between "Referrals" and "Sales" columns on my statistics page?
| The "Sales" column tracks how many people have come from your site and signed up as a payment member. The "Referrals" column tracks the people who have signed up as free members. |
Q: How do you track my affiliate link performance?
| The affiliate ID we assign you is contained in the HTML code you paste to your site. Any referral coming through your site will be attached your ID. We use this ID to tell how much we should pay you. If you forget to include your ID in a referral URL, there is no way to accurately credit your account. |
Q: How can I know my affiliate links performance?
| The statistics page is created specially for the affiliates to check the progress of links online. It can be found right after you sign in your account. All statistics here is updated daily. |

Q: What is the payout rate for performances generated from my links?
| We offer two payout options. We pay you
$1.00 for each person that signs up for a free membership
or $30 for each paid member you drive to us(our monthly memberships
are $29.95 US per month). It is that simple!

Q: How and when do I get paid?
| We make our payments by PayPal/cheque in the middle of the month, but only when you have generated over $100 in revenue. If you have generated less than this, the pay will be withheld until the next pay period, when it is added to the new total and sent to you if over $100. |
Q: What is Paypal?
| Paypal is a system specially designed for secure sending and receiving payments over the Internet. Once you create a Paypal account you can send and receive money over the Internet using Paypal balance, your credit card, debit card or bank account. Please check more details at www.paypal.com. |
Q: I received my commission through Paypal. What
should I do next?
| After you create an account at www.paypal.com, the commission you received will be automatically sent to your funding option. If you sign up with a credit card or debit card, it will be automatically send to them. If you sign up with your bank account, the payment will be sent to your Paypal balance or bank account. You can easily transfer your payment from the Paypal balance to your bank account and use it as you wish. |
Q: I have not received one of my checks posted on my
stats page, what should I do?
| If you have not received a check, please first verify that the SSN or Tax ID is correct. Then email us at support@CasualFriends.com. Please be sure to include your affiliate ID number, the month and the amount of the check in question. And we will get back to you as soon as possible. |

incorrect amount?

Please note that we will not pay commission on members made by in bad faith, fraudulent means, or by other means that can hurt our good name. We have reserved the right to terminate your affiliate relationship if we deem you as dishonest. |
